Who do you work with?

Companies with a mission, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 teams. I’ve worked across many industries, including technology and healthcare, and I’ve been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) for more than 10 years.

What happens on the call?

We talk through your goals and challenges. If there’s a fit, we’ll suggest the right next step: a Strategy Consult, a Sprint, or ongoing Fractional Leadership.

I’m a startup with a limited budget. Should we still talk?

Yes. Let’s chat. Even if we don’t end up working together, we’re happy to introduce you to people in our network who can help.

How does pricing work?

Sprints are a fixed fee with a clear scope and deliverables. Fractional Leadership is a monthly retainer. After our first call, we’ll send a short proposal with the scope and price, so there are no surprises.

How soon can you start?

Usually within a few weeks, depending on the project. If you have a hard deadline, like a launch or a board meeting, tell us on the call and we’ll plan around it.

Will you work with our team, or instead of it?

With it. We work with your team to build the strategy, then work right alongside your people. You keep every framework, template and deck we create.

Do you work remotely? Do you travel?

Both. We’re based in Nashville, Tennessee, and work with clients remotely across the U.S. We’re happy to travel for workshops, key meetings or events when it helps the work.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Confidentiality is standard in every engagement, and we’re happy to sign your NDA before we get into the details.

Do you work with competing companies?

We don’t expect conflicts to come up often. If we ever see a potential one, we’ll tell you up front so you can decide how you want to proceed.
