Background
My career has lived in two worlds: Fortune 100 scale and early-stage urgency. I led global growth programs at Cisco for 6,100+ engineers, ran consumer-facing technology rollouts at HCA Healthcare (including MyHealthOne and contact center programs), and today I serve as a founding leader at Kanbol, an Auburn, Kentucky-based sustainable packaging company. The through-line: helping organizations grow with purpose, whatever stage they’re in. Chinkapin Projects brings that experience to companies and leaders ready to build something that lasts.

What drives Chinkapin
Good people at good companies have made decisions that hurt the planet — often without knowing they had another choice. I started Chinkapin Projects to help founders build products that don’t.
PFAS. Plastic bottles. Pesticides. They each had a place along the path of progress. The question now is how to keep innovating while causing as little harm as possible.
Society has a lot of very smart people working on very big ideas, and I want to be part of the solution. I take the innovation experience I built inside Fortune 100s — Cisco, HCA — to smaller companies ready to do better, and evangelize what works.
We push boundaries and build like a chinkapin: not for itself, but for what it makes possible. The tree gives shade, shelter, food, and soil. So do the businesses I help grow.
