Chinkapin is much more than the name of a tree for Audrey Roberts.
It was a chinkapin oak supporting every jump from a rope swing at her family’s farm throughout childhood and years later, a towering chinkapin in the front yard that ultimately convinced her and her husband to purchase their forever home.

Trees are powerful role models. They give more than they take. They support life quietly, consistently, and over generations. When Audrey began articulating her aspiration to help make business more sustainable, there was no more fitting inspiration than the chinkapin itself.

Rooted in farming heritage, trained in economics, and shaped by more than 15 years leading complex projects across healthcare technology, strategy, and growth initiatives, Audrey brings disciplined problem-solving to work that matters.
